NEW EPISODE EACH WEEK Season Two Premiers July 6th 2021
Hi, my name is Elliott
I live in Oregon and I am in the 4th grade. I like to ride my bike and make movies and funny tik tok & youtube videos. I like to play the drums and piano and making music and I have a dog named Roomba. She is a Blue Heeler. I have a Leopard Gecko named Liz. I have three brothers.
I started The Elliott Show to honor my Grandma Debbie, who passed away recently, on February 23rd, 2020. She died from cancer. It is very sad. It was the first time I've had anyone I know die and first time I have been to a real funeral. I do not want to go to any more funerals. She was the best Grandma ever. We had fun going to the Ocean. I flew on an airplane to visit her in Iowa a bunch of times. She took me and my brother to Universal Studios and we saw Beetlejuice, two whales and a bunch of dolphins. She had beautiful blue eyes and one would turn green sometimes and she gave the best hugs. For my birthday each year she would send a card with fifty dollars in it, never forgetting my birthday ever. She sent me a card with one hundred dollars in it every Christmas. This past Christmas, she also gave me a red sweater. That sweater is what gave me the idea to make a Children's show.
I was watching The Mister Rogers show with my baby brother Hannibal. The sweater Mister Rogers was wearing reminded me of the one my Grandma gave me. Mr Rogers is a nice person, just like my Grandma. It was then I decided I wanted to make my own children's TV show. For her. I went to my bedroom and put on the sweater and then I started making my own kids show on my phone with a Movie app I downloaded. The first episode was about snow. It was snowing in Oregon that day. It doesn't snow very much in Oregon. I tried not to copy too much of The Mr Rogers show but he is a big inspiration for The Elliott Show. I like that he is calm and nice all the time. Just like my Grandma was. He makes me feel like everything is gonna be ok. I showed my first episode to my Dad and he loved it so much, that he said he'd help me make as many episodes as I would like to make. For real. My dad has a recording studio and is a rockstar. I have learned a lot making the show. I played drums one song and sang. The best thing about doing the show um, It helped me because I'm sad about grandma dying, um not think about it all the time. My goal is for people to like the show and not hate it. I hope Grandma Debbie can see it where ever she is now.
